 Helps settle seasonal allergic rhinitis and allergies.

Ingredients: Nettle leaf, Mullein, Elderflower, Elderberry, Peppermint, Licorice Root, Ginger Root, Hibiscus, Rose Petals, Chamomile

Directions:  ½ to 1 tsp per cup of tea , let steep 5-8 mins, add honey to taste.
