Awakening Orange

Let the rays of the sun warm your restless body.  Awakening Orange is a pleasant healthy tea full of antioxidants.  Can help to regulate blood pressure naturally and ease inflammation all while tasting good in the process.  This glass of sunshine can be served hot or as cold sun tea.

Ingredients:  Apple, Hibiscus , Carrots, Orange peel, Mango , Lemongrass, Eucalyptus, Red beets, Blackberry leaf, Lemon Balm.

Directions:  ½ to 1 tsp per cup of tea , let steep 5-8 mins, add honey to taste.

Sun Tea Directions:  add 2 tsp per cup, let steep in sun covered for 30mins add honey to taste with fresh Orange Slices and Limes over ice.
