Exhale Restoratives Lung Tonic

Restoratives is a Lung Tonic that I’ve blended to help with Lung, Sinus and Respiratory distress.  It’s formulated to help with sore throat, sinus pressure, coughs, asthma, and bronchitis.  It has anti-inflammatory properties which eases the symptoms we get from toxic invaders that might irritate our respiratory tract.  It will help open up your airways and release sinus pressure.

Ingredients:  Peppermint Leaf, Mullein Leaf, Hyssop Leaf, Elderberry, Tulsi, Comfrey Astragalus.

Directions:  ½ to 1 tsp per cup of tea , let steep 5-8 mins, add honey to taste.
