Ingredients:  Burdock Root, Dandelion, Marshmallow, Ginger, Licorice, Peppermint, Calendula Flower, Red Clover, Nettle Leaf, Orange Peel, Lemon Balm.

Directions:  ½ to 1 tsp per cup of tea , let steep no more than 5 mins, add honey to taste.
