Ingredients: Hibiscus, Calendula, Chamomile, Rose Petals, Orange Peel, Oat Straw, Lemon Balm, Lavender, Stevia Leaf

Directions:  ½ to 1 tsp per cup of tea , let steep 3-5 mins, add honey to taste.

Sun Tea Directions:  add 2 tsp per cup, let steep in sun covered for 30mins add honey to taste with fresh Orange Slices and Limes over ice.
