Respire Restoratives Lung Tonic

Restoratives is a Lung Tonic that I’ve blended to help with everyday Lung and Respiratory Madness.  As the Cooler weather frees itself and allergens set in, we tend to develop allergies or common everyday cold symptoms. Protecting our Respiratory tract is super important to keep us healthy during the cold, flu, and allergy season.  Allergies are not just seasonal for so many people.  As toxic Invaders find their way into our airways, it's important to provide nutrients our bodies need to help recover from environmental toxins.  Restoratives are full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients:  Nettle leaf,Mullein Leaf, Tulsi, Lemon Balm, Astragalus, Fenugreek Leaf.

Directions:  ½ to 1 tsp per cup of tea , let steep 5-8 mins, add honey to taste.
