Respite is formulated to alleviate symptoms of Postpartum Depression.

Ingredients:   Fenugreek, Nettle leaf, Moringa leaf, Chamomile, Lemon balm, Dandelion flower, Fennel seed.

Directions:  ½ to 1 tsp per cup of tea , let steep 3-5 mins, add honey to taste.
